It's a very simple step to make Temporal Antilasing more blurry/Sharpened. This will improve performance.
 

Let's go!

After you have made your custom settings (including temporal antialiasing), close the game.
 
Documents/Mygames/Tiny Tina'sWonderlands/Saved/Config/Windowsnoeditor/Gameusersettings.ini
 
-Put sg.AntiAliasingQuality to 1 like you see in the picture:
 
 

 
-Save the file, and make it accessible only to you.
 
Start the game, and you will notice a sharpening and less blurring of the temporal-antialiasing.
