Call of Duty: Black Ops III – BO3 safe mode issue or win safe mode body issue (I FOUND A FIX)

After spending a DAY trying different methods to fix this problem, and failing every single one of them:
> Reinstall game;
 
> Verify game files;
 
> Stop/Uninstall all other razer applications
 
> Reinstalling w.i.n.d.o.w.s
 
> Create exceptions in the anti-virus for BO3
 
> Update all drivers on GPU
 
> Windows Update Completely
 
> Stopping secondary apps running on task manager
 
> And a lot more that i found on the internet…
 
 
I finally found a solution. In my case, it was the SECOND MONITOR that was the problem. If you have dual-monitor setups, you can try unplugging DisplayPort/HDMI/DVI cables from secondary displays and then try the game again. It gives an error message, but then the game works!
 
I spent so long at this that it was almost a waste of time. This is why i made this little guide. If it helps even just one of you, i'm already grateful.
