General Tips
- To effectively navigate this guide, use the search feature. To do this, press CTRL + F on your keyboard and type what you’re looking for in the search box.
- I highly recommend creating a new manual save after each story mission. This will help if you miss anything.
- Police officers count as “enemies,” so you can kill and farm the “Weapons & Kills” achievements in the open world at any time.
- Try to save as much money as possible. You will need a lot for Autojock achievement.
- Spend your perks/attribute points first on skills connected to the achievements Master Crafter, The Quick and the Dead, and Christmas Tree Attack.

Bushido and Chill Complete all Rogue’s side missions; her side quests unlock during the story.
To Protect and Serve Complete River Ward’s side quests.
To Bad Decisions! Finish all of Kerry Eurodyne’s side jobs.
Weapons and Kills
Right Back At Ya Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you. This achievement is elementary; just kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade.
Gun Fu Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a revolver or pistol in close combat. This achievement is elementary while playing as Johnny Silverhand; all you need to do is defeat 3 enemies within 3.5 seconds from 5 meters or less.
Gunslinger Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver. Pretty self-explanatory, go to low-level enemies and wait until they throw a grenade.
The Quick and the Dead
Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed. For that, you will need a “Nervous System Cyberware” implant that has a slow time effect and the “Multitasker” perk from the “Athletics” tree (requires 11 attribute points in Body). I consider this a missable achievement since you have a limited amount of attribute points, and I haven’t found a way to reset them.
Daemon in the Shell Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one “Detonate Grenade” quick hack. Pretty self-explanatory.
Rough Landing While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies. Pretty self-explanatory.
True Soldier Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons. Pretty self-explanatory.
True Warrior Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using melee weapons. Pretty self-explanatory.
Two Heads, One Bullet Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot. The best place I found to do this is located in the Kabuki sub-district.
There you will find three enemies (two Tyger Claws and one officer).
Reduce your difficulty to easy and pick up a sniper rifle. Do a manual save, line them up, and get a clean shoot at the head of both.
If you missed it, just load your game and try again.
V for Vendetta After reviving yourself with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you. Pretty self-explanatory.
Character Development
Full Body Conversion Install at least one implant in each system and body part. You can get implants at Ripperdocs, marked by a white Scissors icon on the map. I strongly recommend trying to get as many as you can for free as a reward from side activities cause you’ll need a ton of money to spend on cars for the Autojock achievement.
Ten out of Ten Reach the max level in any skill. Skill levels are increased by repeatedly doing the same type of kills or takedowns.
Legend of The Afterlife Reach max Street Cred. Complete main missions, side quests, and gigs to increase your Street Cred and reach 50.
Exploration Achievements
I recommend leaving this section to the endgame because as you play, you will discover the gigs, NCPD Scanner Hustles, and fast travel points.
City Lights Complete all gigs, and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center.
Mean Streets Complete all gigs, and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Heywood.
Little Tokyo Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Westbrook.
The Wasteland Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the Badlands.
Greetings from Pacifica! Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Pacifica.
The Jungle Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner HUstles in Santo Domingo.
It’s Elementary Complete all gigs, and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.
Frequent Flyer Find all fast travel data terms.
I Am The Law Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings.
Breathtaking Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand. You get these as rewards from side activities.
The Wandering Fool Find all tarot graffiti.
Misc
Stanislavski’s Method
Use a dialogue option related to V’s life path 10 times. This is one of the missable achievements but very unlikely to miss; you just have to pick 10 different dialogues tied to your starting lifepath throughout the game.
CARS LIST IN PROGRESS
Autojock Buy all vehicles available for purchase. First, you have to reach Street Cred 50 to unlock all cars to buy. Like the exploration achievements, I recommend leaving this one for the endgame because you will need a lot of money. Use the table below to track all the vehicles you need to buy.
Car Cost | Region | |
Columbus V340-F Freight | 19.000 | City Center |
Quadra Type-66 Avenger | 55.000 | City Center |
Emperor 620 Ragnar | 32.000 | City Center |
Thorton Colby CX410 Butte | 43.000 | Santo Domingo |
Type-66 640 TS | 58.000 | Santo Domingo |
Supron FS3 | 16.000 | Santo Domingo |
CARS LIST IN PROGRESS
Master Crafted
Craft 3 Legendary items. You need to put 18 attribute points in “Technical Ability,” then buy the perk “Edgerunner Artisan,” enabling you to craft Legendary Items. I consider this a missable achievement since you have a limited amount of attribute points, and I haven’t found a way to reset them.
Christmas Tree Attack Complete a Breach Protocol with a minimum of 3 daemons uploaded. To get 3 daemons for use in one breach hack, you need to spend some perk points in “Breach Protocol” located at “Intelligence.”
Must Be Rats Perform the Distract Enemies quick hack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself. The easiest way I found to do this is to go to Kabuki district, where you do the gig “Woman of La Mancha” (picture below).
Many enemies do not attack you, and a lot of vending machines in this place. Just keep hacking and distracting them until the achievement pop up.
Conclusion
This guide will be updated soon with more information, but you can get almost all its achievements.
I’d be happy if you’d take the effort to leave a like, favorite, and an award. Also, let me know if I made a mistake somewhere or missed anything.
