How to enable full nudity using a hex editor

Straightforward process:
1. Download a hex editor of your choosing (I’m using HxD). Download – https://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD20
2. Head over to your installation root folder for Cyberpunk 2077
2a: Path to archive folders: \Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\content
2b: You can either make a backup of basegame_4_gamedata.archive yourself or let your hex editor create one for you.
3. File>Open>basegame_4_gamedata.archive
3a: Search>Replace>Search for: underwear
3b: Replace with Underwear
3c: Make sure to search the entire file (all search direction HxD)
3d: Crucial point! Make sure to “Replace ALL,” not just click “OK”; otherwise, you will have to repeat from step 3a. (There should be 6 underwear hooks within the file so let’s not make it a job to replace all 6.. 6 times.
4. HxD will makeup a .bak file of basegame_4_gamedata.archive once you save the file.
5. launch the game afterward
5a: I recommend loading an older save and not your most concurrent save when messing around with these changes, so nothing happens to your up to date save the file.

Conclusion:
If there’s an update to the game at anypoint, the archive file will likely be overwritten with new data and removing our changes.
If you want to go back to your regular installation of the game, just delete or replace “underwear” with its respective wording. Or replace it with the backup file.
