Download all the free achievement files here- https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/342
click the files tab and click manual download for which ever achievement you want

First make sure and disable Steam cloud saves or you will run into problems, to do that, on Steam click Steam in the top left corner, then click settings, then click Cloud, then un check mark Enable Steam Cloud and click OK at the bottom.

For Ten out of Ten Achievement
Extract the file and place the Manual Save into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077 Boot your game, load the save and as soon as it loads shoot the three guys in front of you with the shotgun in your hands and the achievment is yours

For The Devil Achievement
Extract the file and place the Manual Save into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077 Boot your game, load the save and as soon as it loads press the elevator button and the achievment is yours

For Temperance Achievement
Extract the file and place the Manual Save folder into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077 Boot your game, load the save and as soon as it loads press yes leave night city and the achievement is yours

For The Sun Achievement
Extract the file and place the Manual Save folder into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077 Boot your game, load the save and as soon as it loads open the door and the achievement is yours

For The Star Achievement
Extract the file and place the Manual Save folder into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077 Boot your game, load the save and as soon as it loads get in and you will have to drive for 1 minute and then the achievement is yours
