Go to this location on the map a little bit north of the sunset motel

1. You need to have completed the quest “Ghosttown” with Panam
2. If the car is not there for you, wait for at least 2 on game days.

Now drive inside this abandoned mine until you see the car symbol.

It should look like this.

Just drive towards the car symbol and get in the car.

Don`t forget to loot the stuff in the container.
