Editing EXE file with HxD (Hex Editor)

Go to your Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder then go to bin\x64

Make a backup of Cyberpunk2077.exe

Open Cyberpunk2077.exe with mh-nexus.de – https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/

In HxD, press Ctrl+R and go to Hex-values tab.

Search for: 75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08

And replace it with: 74 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08

Click OK and press Ctrl+S to save the file.

Result
