Guide for Cyberpunk 2077 – Ma*sive FPS Boost (ISLC, HxD Edittor)

Hey guys! This is the first guide I’ve ever done, so bear with me.

Like you, I’ve had some pretty poor optimization for Cyberpunk so far, but I’ve noticed a few things.

1. the length of a session you have will result in lower performance.
The game seems to load more things while you continue to play and doesn’t unload them.

2. The game clogs your RAM this way


Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC)

This little program will run in the background and automatically clear your RAM standby list.

Everything will be set to default, and you can just hit Start after running the application.
You should click the two boxes on the bottom left to have it auto-open when you start your PC

You can change the ‘free memory is lower than’ value to whatever you see fit. I set mine always to have at least 5GB ram free, but that’s just me.

This one, I’m not totally sure of what it does as a friend of mine told me how to do it and that it really gave him an increase.

Open HxD Editor and open your Cyberpunk.exe in your steam folder.
NOT the launcher, but the one located in \Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 in your steam folder.

After opening the .exe, click search, then Find and choose the hex-values tab.
Search for:
7. 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08
and change
7. to EB

Save and launch.
