1. You start up the Nvidia control panel.
   
2. You press the help tab up top.
   
3. You activate this highlighted option. I don’t know what it’s called in English, but I’ll fix it if someone can provide a translation.
   

Now it should launch as normal.

This fixed it for me after trying just about everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling, reinstalling drivers, unplugging screens, etc. I hope it will work for someone else too.
