First, you need to go and grab the mission that you will find in this area:

You will find 3 guys protecting a briefcase on a table; talk to them to get that briefcase; being aggressive worked for me:

Once you get the briefcase, you will have to hack it to access it. Then follow the mission. The mission will ask you to go to a specific location, kill the guards, and get the capsule’s contents.

After killing all the guards, you should grab the item inside; it’s a painting. After collecting the item, the mission will be completed; now, you should head to a selling machine. (The little machines that are all over the map where you can sell items).

Once in the selling machine, sell the painting, you will be able to sell it for 4k$:

After selling it, quit the machine and open it again. Now you will be able to repurchase the item for 5$:

IMPORTANT: You have to quit the machine and enter it again to be able to repurchase for 5$ instead of the 4k$; when I say exiting the machine, I mean exiting the selling point menu and entering it again,
If it says the vendor doesn’t have enough money, just change the machine.
Keep in mind that if you sell the item and quit the game, you will probably not recover it again, so always keep it in your inventory before exiting the game.
