How to

Simply press the P key on your keyboard. This will bring up "Professions". Here you can manage the jobs of your citizens.
 
 

 
 
Before you increase the builders, I suggest you have enough laborers.
 
 

 
 
Once you have a few laborers left, you'll find the "Builders” bar on the top-right corner of the screen.
 
 

 
 

 
 
To increase the number active builders, press the + key.
