Jump on that generator which has a holy item.

Behind one of the two green metal thing in the alcove.

Bunny hop to get a health item and back to avoid taking damage from the toxic pool.

C1L4 – The Complex of Towers

C1L5 – Old Underground Complex

That gate on the top floor opens after all enemies in that area are killed. Go for it. This contains no items but enemy ambush.

Walk up the stairs and then move forward until you find an armor.

Follow this route, turn around and then climb up wooden planks.

This secret is located in the top floor below the door where you entered from. Ignore the exit portal, move to that and hug the wall for secret to register (for no reason).

C1L6 – Entrance

This level has no secrets. Just finish the level with 180 health or more to get a tarot card. Use the Health Stealer card and spam Painkiller and Rocket Launcher/Chaingun. Done.
