You have two options: Akimbo Kobus 90 or Akimbo Mark-10. Both are quite similar except for a few differences like rate of fire, ammo pickup, and ammo capacity.

Akimbo Kobus 90 is equipped with: 

• Long Barrel 
• The Bigger the Better Suppressor 
• Stability Boost (to get 100 stability)

Optional: 

• Custom Assault Frame (for that drip)

Akimbo Mark-10

 
 
Akimbo Mark-10 is equipped with: 

• The Bigger the Better Suppressor 
• Accuracy Boost 
• Railed Handguard 
• LED Combo 
• Speed Pull Magazine 
• Skeletal Stock

 
Optional: 

• Custom Built Frame (for that drip)

Secondary

 
I picked 5/7 for its mobility and shooting through walls, ammo pickup is weak so use it as a last resort (and for those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shields of course)

5/7 is equipped with: 

• TiN Treated Barrel 
• Jungle Ninja Suppressor 
• Accuracy Boost 
• Combined Module 
• Extended Magazine 
• Pistol Red Dot Sight

Melee Weapons

 
There are basically 2 meta melee weapons for dominating jokers. They stun, they’re fast and deal very little damage to cops so you will not kill them instantly (if normal melee hit won’t kill them, the crits can)

Of course you should use First Aid Kits with this builds, but if you want, you can just change to Medic Bags and switch skills in the Mastermind Skill Tree.
