POSTAL 4: No Regerts – How to Kill an NPC

Step 1: Get a Gun

 
Step one is generally the easiest step on the list, and it gets harder from here. The first thing you will want to do is find a gun. The Fournicator generally works best for this, and it can be found on the map in the structure marked in . 
 
 

Step 2: Find an NPC

 
This step can be troubling for the average non-elite player, however with enough perseverance it can be done. NPCs can generally be found walking around on the roads or sidewalks, as well as in buildings. This step really boils down to having a good eye and searching the map. 
 
 

Step 3: Point the Gun at Them

 
This step requires some technical skill. You will need to move your crosshair to where it is on the NPC’s body, and hold it there until the next step can be completed. This may take a couple tries if you aren’t a great player. 
 
 

Step 4: Shoot the Gun

 
This step is the hardest step of all and usually takes a long time to learn, but if you keep at it, you can accomplish it. The crosshair will need to be pointing at the NPC which you should’ve done in Step 3. When you have Step 3 in action, you must left-click with your mouse. It should make a loud bang known as a “gunshot” and the NPC will be dead. It should look something like this in action: 
 
 
 
Note: This won’t work too well with the Fournicator if you aren’t close to the NPC. 
 
 

Step 5: You Have Killed the NPC

 
Congratulations, if you’ve followed all of the prior steps correctly, the NPC should be dead and bleeding out on the ground like in the following picture:
