So essentially its 100% Stock.
Around year 2, the AIs buy land, and what it does is, if you buy stock a day before they buy the land, during an auction. Their stock value can increase a lot. I noticed that I bought the stock, and it increased based on the land value. I bought 4 stocks and let the auction complete.
Make sure that the auction is 1 day out, to make sure that the AI will buy it.
I then sold the 4 stocks, to make around $10 million in profit. $$$$$$$$$$$
Small disclaimer, this trick might be patched, or it might not be, always worth trying out.
