Finding Mods:

 
The only places to find Saints Row 3 Mods: 

1. www.saintsrowmods.com – https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/forums/mod-releases.7/ 
2. www.nexusmods.com – https://www.moddb.com/games/saints-row-the-third/downloads

Installing Mods:

 
It is very simple. Also the mods are typically just .xtbl files, which can be edited with Notepad. 
 

1. Find and Download a mod on one of the sites above, 
    
2. Extract the mod. Some may need www.7-zip.org – https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z1900.exe 
    
3. Move the mod files to:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row the Third
