There are 12 strong bonds achievements = 12 characters you should focus on. For the final bonding activity, each character must meet two criteria. On the first playthrough, you can get a maximum of 9 from 12.

The Old Schoolhouse's 1st-floor is the best place for quick wins in battles. Run through all of the enemies on the route from the elevator into the depths.
 
 
The night of 10/23 (after all festival tickets have been consumed) is the best time for grinding. Emma will be your +1 party member. This will allow you to farm link exp simultaneously with 6 out of 10 characters.
 
 
Recommended equip A headband or gladiator band is also a great addition.
 
 
Hold "Turbo" mode and spam the "Break Craft” button after each battle. They will also be able to give you achievement no matter how fast you do it.
