E5M1: Baphomet’s Demesne

 
Secrets 
 
1. Once you shoot the first eye, the path ahead will open revealing a bridge above lava. Approaching the end of the bridge reveals another eye dead ahead. Shooting it expands the bridge eastward, but also raises a small ledge near the entrance to the first bridge, which goes northwest. Take this path into the cave to get a soul sphere. (sector 86) 
 
 
 
 
2. At the end of the previous secret, the path goes back to the bridges over lava. Instead of jumping back to the bridge, jump to the east onto the rocks here and enter the next cave to find a radiation suit (on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower, the radiation suit will be in the lava just south of the secret). (sector 93) 
 
 
 
3. With the radiation suit from the previous secret, head into the lava at the end and take the northeast tunnel all the way to the chaingun. (sector 221) 
 
 
 
 
4. With the radiation suit from Secret #2, head all the way to the southeast corner to get a computer area map, an ammo clip, and shotgun shells (the latter two do not appear on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 225) 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

E5M2: Sheol

 
Secrets 
 
1. Look to the right while standing on the edge in beginning of the level. You will notice the green eye in the small alcove. Shoot it to reveal the secret room behind you with a berserk pack in it. (sector 41) 
 
2. After entering the previous secret room, press the right wall inside it to reveal another secret containing a soulsphere and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 45) 
 
3. After beating the baron of Hell and picking up the red key in the cage, turn around. Drop down into lava near the rightmost torch. You will see a teleport flickering in the wall. Enter it to move into the secret room containing a soulsphere, a chaingun and a box of bullets. (sector 96) 
 
4. After rising up on the first elevator in the beginning of the level, walk carefully on the small ledge around rightmost torch to find a secret megaarmor. (sector 97) 
 
 
 
 

E5M3: Cages of the Damned

 
Secrets 
 
1. On the outer walkway above the blood, find the berserk pack on one of the eastern rocks and make a running jump towards it. Enter the tunnel to get health bonuses and a radiation suit. (sector 203) 
 
2. At the end of the tunnel in the previous secret, shoot at the eye in the cage to open up a room below. Inside are armor bonuses, a backpack, a box of rockets, and a soul sphere. (sector 208) 
 
3. In the last area of the map, shooting the last eye opens the walls around it, but also opens up a wall outside and to the southwest. Inside is a rocket launcher, a box of ammo, and a teleporter leading back. (sector 243) 
 
4. After grabbing the red key, head back to the northwest area where the start of the blood is. Go north towards the radiation suit and press on the wall behind it to find a med*kit and a computer area map. (sector 247) 
 
 
 
 

E5M4: Paths of Wretchedness

 
Secrets 
 
1. Take the path southwest of the starting point but instead of going around the marble wall, head south and into the cave containing rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 171) 
 
2. Now keep going along the path until you reach a hole that rises up with a baron of Hell on it. This platform will lower again, allowing you to access a western pa*sage that leads to an invulnerability. (sector 193) 
 
3. Shoot the eye in the crusher hallways, then head to the east side. Use the lion switch, then walk through it to find a soul sphere. (sector 238) 
 
4. On the eastern path, shoot the eye you find to raise a bridge to the south. Cross this bridge and get to the north side. As you head to the north side, find a gap between the fences and go around the outside fence going south towards the lion-faced column. Head into the room to find a rocket launcher, a med*kit (not on Ultra-Violence or higher) and a box of rockets (or just a rocket on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 479) 
 
5. At the southernmost part of the map, head towards the east wall which will reveal a wall behind you with cacodemons in it. Press on the wall to the left of the leftmost torch to find a box of shotgun shells, a backpack, and an energy cell (not on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 55) 
 
 
 
 

E5M5: Abaddon’s Void

 
Secrets 
 
1. Head through the tunnel in the central building and go around to its east side. Press the skull switch, then re-enter the tunnel and take the lift up as you approach it. Jump to the east and press on the south wall to find a rocket launcher. (sector 113) 
 
2. Head towards the central building at the start and go to the wall to the left of the left torch. Open it for a stimpack and shotgun shells. (sector 184) 
 
3. Running out across the lava to the west side of the southwest building, you can find an opening with a soulsphere inside. (sector 284) 
 
 
 
 

E5M6: Unspeakable Persecution

 
Secrets 
 
1. Enter the dark hallway at the west section of the map. When you reach the green armor, a cage opens up ahead of you with barons of Hell inside. From the cage, go east, and south a bit, then look at one of the walls to see it has an opening underneath. Open this wall to get a BFG9000. (sector 130) 
2. When you have the red key, reach the red bars and open every single one of them, then run across the blood where each of these bars is. You will open several sets of doors to the west which lead to a room containing an invulnerability. (sector 168) 
3. When you enter the first blood pit, drop down and grab the energy cell pack on the south side. (sector 489) 
 
Secret Exit 
 
To access the secret exit, go to east section of the map and take the series of teleporters until you have reached the southern-most platform, and hit the eye located inside a narrow corridor in the southern wall. This will open up a wall in the south-east cave where the series of teleporters ends. Inside the wall there is a teleporter pad surrounded by candles that will take you to the secret map, E5M9: Realm of Iblis. 
 
 
 
 

E5M9: Realm of Iblis (Secret level)

 
Secrets 
 
1. At the start, head right at the T-intersection and go until you see stairs to the south. Do not go down the stairs, instead get on the outside ridge outside of the fence and move along until you reach a cave with an energy cell and a plasma gun. (sector 44) 
 
2. In the southeast part of the map, enter the small cave and press the satyr switch to lower the lift to the north. Step on the lift, then head off and back towards the satyr switch. A new cave here leads to armor bonuses and a soul sphere. (sector 108) 
 
3. At the top of the castle at the north end of the map, get to the northwest corner and look west. Shoot the eye, then enter the lava at the north end and follow the path to a light amplification visor, a med*kit, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 197) 
 
4. Approach the yellow door, which will allow you to reach two satyr switches just to the southeast of the door. Press both of them, then head south, using the stepping stones to reach the yellow key area. A cave to the south holds a box of rockets and a med*kit. (sector 283) 
 
 
 
 

E5M7: Nightmare Underworld

 
Secrets 
 
1. At the start, open the wall in the northwest corner for shotgun shells and a switch. (sector 501) 
 
2. The switch in Secret #1 lowers a lift leading to a soul sphere. (sector 505) 
 
3. Enter the tunnels in the center of the map and go until you reach a cave with a stimpack (not on Ultra-Violence or higher), a green armor, a chainsaw (only on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower), and a box of shotgun shells. You can enter this tunnel complex from the room with lava by examining the broken wall with the cacodemon corpse behind it, just make sure to look back as soon as the path turns to the north. (sector 98) 
 
4. When you head outside from the tunnels in the center of the map, climb the rocks up, but do not go all the way to the top. When you are at the left side, you can jump through an opening down onto a rocky ledge. Go along this ledge to a cave containing some ammo and a soul sphere (or a backpack on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 314) 
 
5. In the same area as the previous secret, enter the lava which will cause a rock to the east to lower. Ride this rock as it goes up and drop off onto a ledge southwest of that rock. On that ledge, enter the cave to find a box of rockets. (sector 380) 
 
6. Outside of the central building, at the south side, head west across the lava towards the green armor. Since this secret is in a cave past lava, you will need some protection, so head north from the satyr switch here and collect the invulnerability. Afterwards, head west around the wooden structure and into the cave, waiting for the rock to lower. When it lowers, go across the lava to reach an energy cell pack, a soul sphere, a megaarmor (not on Ultra-Violence or higher), and a computer area map. (sector 817) 
 
 
 
 

E5M8: Halls of Perdition

 
Secrets 
 
1. In the southeast part of the map, enter the southernmost building and take the steps up. Jump to the center building and jump to the north. Re-enter the southernmost building and jump back to the central building, where a new opening to the right has been revealed. Inside is a box of ammo and a med*kit (sector 172) 
 
2. Press on the green wall in Secret #1 to find imps and a BFG9000. (sector 70) 
 
3. Inside the building to the right of Secrets #1 and #2, press on the green wall to the north to find imps, another med*kit, and an energy cell pack. (sector 186) 
 
4. At the exit, go towards the fence and you will see an energy cell on the left side. You can actually walk through the fence on its left side and pick up the energy cell. (sector 216)
