Multiple posts have been made about people being unable to run the game above 60hz. 60hz is impossible even though I have a high-tier rig and a high Hz screen. After some testing and searching, I finally found it. It may work for you.
 

How it works (. Leave a rating to let others know!)

Go to Steam Library. Right-click theHunter:Cla*sic, click properties. Next, click browse to open local files. Scroll down and right-click theHunter.exe. Now click properties. After you have done that, open your game and check your refresh rate.
